Following a successful tender award, Sefton Borough Council are now live with the ESP Central Elite Management System. The Elite Membership, Bookings, Point of Sale and Food & Beverage modules assist with the day to day running across their 7 busy sites and provide invaluable reporting functions to monitor performance.
Our integrated Access Control Software and our newly developed Courses and Achievements module will be installed in the next few months.
ESP are looking forward to working closely with the Sefton team and forging a strong and rewarding partnership in the years to come.

The UK Golf Course Association (UKGCOA), which is the representative body for the commercially minded golf facilities in the UK, welcomes the support from ESP, which will help the association to enhance the benefits available to members.

This year’s North East Tourism Awards Dinner was held at the amazing "Stadium of Light", home of Sunderland Football Club on 11th November. Our Sales Director, David Stopforth, was a guest of David Hall, Head of Leisure Strategy and Transformation at Northumbrian Water Leisure (NWL) and his team, and was joined by over 350 guests from the leisure and tourism businesses across the region.
The event was an overwhelming success for all participants, award nominations and winners. ESP Leisure provides the business management and bookings platform for NWL and we are delighted to be supporting outstanding growth and popularity of the gold award winner of the "Tourism Event of the Year Award" - NWL and their "Kielder Winter Wonderland" event. NWL were also nominated and collected awards for their outstanding tourism experiences in other categories.
